How to run Grand Getaways from source to scheduler

Overview

Grand Getaways is a source-to-pin pipeline: connect websites, fetch full raw post/product text, generate Pinterest SEO content with Gemini, then schedule/export.

Quick Start

1. Website Integrations: add website, install plugin, save `Tool URL + Site ID + API Token`, run Test Connection.
2. Website Integrations: click Fetch Articles to import all published `post` and `product` content text into database.
3. Settings: add API keys and save to auto-refresh every available Gemini model list.
4. Pin Studio: generate in background, monitor progress, review rows, and send to Publishing Queue.
5. Publishing Queue: generate images in background and export CSV.

Data Captured

For each article: title, canonical link, full raw text content, source ID, and categories. No media dependency is required for content generation.

Prompt Versioning

Create multiple prompt strategies in Settings and switch active version instantly. Studio reads active version for both batch and regenerate flows.

Intent Classifier

System classifies article intent (itinerary, stays, food, packing, logistics, guide) and uses it to tighten titles, descriptions, keywords, and prompts.

Deduped Generation

Each article is used once per cycle. Same article is skipped until all site articles have been consumed, then the cycle resets automatically.

Control Center Actions

Use Test All, Quick Sync All, and Generate Batch in Control Center. Job Monitor and Failures Inbox show what needs attention.

Troubleshooting

401 means token mismatch. Empty models means invalid key or quota. Empty fetch usually means endpoint blocked or no published posts/products.

Recommended Next

Add board recommendation rules by niche, add per-website export templates, and add output scoring before rows are sent to Scheduler.

Before You Go Live

1) Add SSL + custom domain. 2) Save API keys in Settings per device. 3) Run one full fetch + one generation job + one scheduler export test.

AdSense Readiness

Ad script is included in page head, and both ads.txt and adx.txt are published at root. Keep policy pages and clear navigation for approval trust signals.
